Paul Immanuel

Paul Immanuel is the founder and CEO of Immanuel Consulting Services, LLC. His experience is primarily in technology, but he also has experience in operations, manufacturing, and vendor management. In the last two years, he has focused on data privacy, data science, and the use of Robotic Process Automation to manage data efficiently for streamlining operations. He is also taking courses to be certified in the fields of data science and data privacy. His technology experience includes years in hardware design and development, software design, as a technical architect, and the lead in several major initiatives over a long career at IBM. He keeps up with technology and is focused on reducing long-term technology costs for companies. Proficient in multiple operating systems, he can help your company reduce operating costs through the efficient use of technology. His strengths are particularly strong in telecommunications, data networking, and workflow management. He has supported the financial, telecommunication, pharmaceutical, and utility industries. He has published in journals, has multiple patents, and is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars. Paul is an electrical engineering graduate of North Carolina State University and has had additional master’s level education in electrical engineering and computer science.

Paul is a naturalized American citizen, is very patriotic, and loves to help the American defense infrastructure and businesses that cater to the American military. Paul is a North Carolina Executive Roundtable (NCER) member, serving on the board of directors. Paul is also a Life Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Paul is also active in community and church affairs. He has served on the board of directors of Guiding Lights (a caregiver support center in Raleigh, NC) and is on the board of Transitions LifeCare (founded as Hospice of Wake County). He is an elder at Blacknall Presbyterian Church, teaches an Adult Sunday School class, and has sung in the church choir for over 20 years.

Greg Marvin

Greg Marvin is experienced as a C-Level instructor and consultant providing instruction and mentorship of new ventures and entrepreneurial organizations, driving high-impact decisions, supporting business canvas modeling, and company-wide decision strategies of operational, financial, and exit planning.
Senior Executive with Start-Ups and Exit Leadership, leveraging expertise in Lean Start-Up, Strategy, Change Management, Clear analytical reporting, and a Passion for Customer Satisfaction. Instructor and Mentor to dozens of CEOs in determining Minimum Viable Products and Services and building effective teams with ambitious spirit through Mentorship in CED-VMS and NCSU (NSF) I-Corps Instruction

SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS

►Recognized as the design and execution leader of Global/ National accounts strategic direction at a leading technology-driven manufacturer. Formed C-Level partnerships with Fortune 100 clients, turned around struggling accounts, and increased negotiated service annuity from $20M to over $33M over two years. One executive commented, “Greg is a Complex analytical person skilled at innovative development while advocating for customers.”


►As Chief Operating Officer (COO), enabled decision-making procedures of logistics and inventory budgeting for a $7 million wholesale wine start-up by balancing sales demand against domestic and overseas DI container lead times and storage limitations. Developed new supplier portfolios and streamlined processes in compliance with state and federal requirements; this allowed pre-sales and mitigate cash flow risk.


►Personally selected by executive management, promoted to establish and lead a new services region. Built solid and productive teams through recruiting, careful hiring, and retaining talent, motivating strong customer commitment by measuring, decision-making driven by facts, action orientation, and results/rewards-focused reinforcement. Exceeded revenue targets six years straight, including three top honors for earnings, and more than doubled the business.


►Specialties: Accomplished in product services, marketing, pricing, strategic relations, and negotiations in both B2B and operations. Recognized as an enthusiastic and innovative leader with a strong vision and excellent people skills who excels at building focused strategies.

Tom Lynch

 

Tom is a Results-driven and innovative Controller with a proven track record in financial leadership and process optimization. Leveraging five years of Big Four auditing experience at KPMG and over 20 years as a Corporate Controller, he brings a strategic and collaborative approach to implementing critical accounting processes.

As the Controller at Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc., he restructured the Controller’s office, establishing effective accounting procedures and strengthening internal controls. Adept at financial planning,  he developed a real-time forecasting model predicting monthly gross profit and net income within 2% of actual results. He identified and capitalized on tax-saving opportunities in other Controller positions, securing $200,000 in tax credits.

Currently serving as a Professional Consultant, I continue to apply my expertise in accounting and finance to enhance company operations. With a Master’s in Management and a CPA designation, He has a comprehensive understanding of financial systems and reporting. His technical proficiency includes Microsoft Dynamics GP, QuickBooks, and advanced Excel skills. A former Treasurer at the North Carolina Executive Roundtable and Guiding Lights Caregiver Support Center, he is committed to community engagement and leadership.

Jim Chambers

 

  • Jim Chambers is an accomplished Senior Operations Executive with a distinguished history of utilizing my leadership, planning, and managerial skills to grow revenue, reduce cost, and drive customer satisfaction in diverse environmental industries. He is a strong relationship builder and communicator with experience leading various work teams and developing an organization-wide strategy for program excellence. He demonstrates integrity, strives for excellence in his work, and has experience teaching others new levels of effectiveness and programmatic impact. He is passionate about the company’s mission and can promote and communicate the philosophy, mission, and values to external and internal stakeholders. Work history shows strong budgeting skills and over 20 years of P&L responsibility. He is a hard charger who can investigate and develop new market opportunities to achieve goals and has a can-do attitude. He is a Principal of Immanuel Consulting Services, LLC.
